Schoenefeld Benefits Solutions (SBS) was established in 2017 by Amanda Schoenefeld when she left teaching to pursue being an Independent Benefits Advisor. In 2018, SBS added other services and providers from some of the highest ranking companies, both locally and nationally, in order to bring better options to North Carolina.

The focus of SBS is to assist our clients in developing simple, easy-to-administer Employee Benefits Programs that keep healthcare costs to a minimum while driving the rate of employee turnover and absenteeism down.
